  • Face-to-face services (e.g., osteopathic consultations provided in-person).

  • Online services (e.g., telehealth consultations or online programs).

  • Products sold through our Website or directly to you.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

To purchase services or products from us, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Provide accurate and complete information during the booking or purchase process.

3. Services

a) Face-to-Face Services

  • Services must be booked in advance, subject to availability.

  • Fees and charges will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.

b) Online Services

  • Online consultations or programs may require specific technology (e.g., a reliable internet connection, video conferencing software).

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you meet the technical requirements for online services.

4. Products

a) Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and details on our Website are accurate. However, slight variations may occur.

b) Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect orders already confirmed.

c) Availability

We make every effort to keep our inventory updated. However, if a product is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and provide a refund or alternative solution.

5. Payment

  • Payment for all services and products must be made in full at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept credit & debit cards, direct deposit, cash (face-to-face).

  • Payments are processed securely using Stripe (online) or HICAPS/EFT terminal (face-to-face).

6. Cancellations and Refunds

a) Services

  • Face-to-Face Services:

    • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

    • Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee of 100% of the consultation.

  • Online Services:

    • Online consultations or program fees are non-refundable once the service has commenced.

    • If you experience technical issues preventing your participation, please contact us immediately to reschedule.

b) Products

  • Change of Mind: We do not provide refunds for change of mind.

  • Faulty or Damaged Products:

    • If a product is faulty or damaged on delivery, you must notify us within 30 days from the date of purchase.

    • We will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian consumer law.

7. Consumer Guarantees

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for major failures and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

8. Delivery and Shipping

  • Products will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

  • Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout and are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.

  • We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our services or products, except where required by law.

  • For face-to-face and online services, you agree to disclose any relevant medical information and understand that services are provided based on the information you provide.

All content related to services, products, and online programs is the intellectual property of The Osteo Effect unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify this content without our written consent.

11. Changes to Terms of Sale

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will apply to purchases made after the updated Terms are posted on the Website.
