I’m Dr Jena, a Women’s Health Osteopath with over 11 years of experience helping women move with confidence, clarity, and less pain.

I work with women over 40 who want to shift away from short-term fixes and start building long-term strength, bone health, and resilience.

 

Through the Fortify+ System™, my focus is on supporting bone density, muscle, and recovery in a way that feels clear, structured, and sustainable, not overwhelming.

The goal is to create a body that stays strong, capable, and confident for decades to come.

My 'Why'

Did you know that women reach peak bone mass between 25 and 30?

 

After age 30, bone loss begins to decline slowly in the background, with no symptoms at all. The silent disappearing act of bone sets the stage for fractures, frailty, and loss of independence years later.

I created Fortify+ because this isn’t inevitable.
